Tekhenu: Obelisk of the Sun (engl.) is a strategy game for 1 to 4 players aged 14+ with a playing time of 60 to 120 minutes. Players interact with a board divided into six sections linked to Egyptian gods, while an obelisk in the center casts shadows that change with the sun’s rotation, influencing available actions and their effects.

The game board in Tekhenu: Obelisk of the Sun is divided into six sections, each associated with an Egyptian god. In the center stands an impressive obelisk (Tekhenu) that casts its shadow onto different parts of the board. As the game progresses, the sun’s rotation alters which sections are sunny, shaded, or dark. That in turn tells the players what action they can perform and with what effects.
